About me
Wife and Mom looking to help others enjoy their journey through life.
Hi! I’m Ashlynn, and I am currently a wife of a medical student and mother to three fun, energetic boys. I have found joy while living life on a budget, balancing busy schedules, deepening my faith, and of course raising my family. I am excited to share my insights in finding joy in every aspect of life.
On my site, you can expect to find insights to strengthening relationships, finding joy even if your budget is tight, parenting tips and tricks, ideas of new things to try, ways to increase your spirituality, and even fun recipes in the kitchen– a place I’ve come to love in my home.
I hope we can interact together and find topics to explore. I love learning new things and sharing my love with others.
More about me...
Growing up I was involved in sports, student government, honor societies, the distinguished young woman program, delegation and exchange programs, choirs, and occasionally a school play.
I served as a missionary for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Russia. I loved my time in Russia, and I loved the people I met and the relationships I made even more.
For college I attended Brigham Young University (BYU), where I met my husband and eventually graduated with a Russian (BA) degree.
My husband and I now have 3 boys and are on our (his) 3rd year of medical school through the Idaho College of Osteopathic Medicine (ICOM).
I believe that God is always in the details of our lives. He loves us, and if we let Him, He will put us on the paths that will bring us the greatest joy.
Welcome to this journey of Joy with me!
